  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk; let foam for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix in melted butter, remaining sugar, salt, and egg until well combined.
  3. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms; knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Let dough rise in a greased bowl for 1-1.5 hours or until doubled in size.
