  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 600 g potatoes, cubed
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
