Black pepper to taste
Red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup diced tomato
1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions
Marinate the chicken by combining olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Coat the chicken breast thoroughly and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Let it rest before slicing.
Prepare the salsa by mixing red onion, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño (if using), and salt in a bowl. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Assemble by placing sliced grilled chicken on a plate and topping it generously with salsa and avocado slices. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
